Children, adults and dogs… everybody is welcome on the camping site in the forest.
Æblehavens Camping is a beautiful and quite site situated in a wonderful forest area. Both dog and owner will appreciate a hike in the forest. Neighbouring the site is a “dog-forest” where your four-footed friend is allowed to run free without leash. Or you can train the dog on the agility field of the site. The nature surrounding the site invites for playing; bouncing cushion, playground, mini golf and a petanque field.

Bork Havn Camping was founded in 1969.

The camping site is well-known for its comprehensive programme with activities and outdoor life. All the activities take place either on the site or with their starting point at the camp site.
You can go diving, windsurfing, kite surfing, geocaching, waterskiing and tree climbing. You can also go sailing on a fishing cutter or on a banana boat.
Guided tours are arranged to the National park Thy or/and to the bunker museum centre in Hanstholm as well as guided tours are arranged to moler excavations and to the beach where you can go searching for fossils, amber and pebbles, which you latter can grind and polish in the camp site workshop.
A lot of events including cooking over a bonfire also take place in or by the giant tepee. Also in the children's and youth’s house a lot of activities take place.
Also a 1500 square metre outdoor water complex with a 35 metre long surfing hill, 4 swimming pools all heated by the largest solar collector system that is to bee found on a Danish camping site, the water is typically between 28 and 35 degrees Celsius in the period June to August. Also two children’s pools and a pool bar are to be found. We have our own stable with 15 Iceland ponies. We arrange guided rides in the most amazing and beautiful nature, both in the dunes and on the beach to Vigsø Bugt, as well as we are arranging 3-days' riding holidays with all day trips along the beach to Bulbjerg including overnight stay.
The restaurants are open the whole summer season. We are serving fish courses with fresh ingredients from the harbour in Hanstholm. A salad bar is available too as well as a lot of delicious courses for both adults and children. The camping site has the environmental certificate “Blomsten” – a standard where energy conservation and an environmentally correct attitude to consumption and resources are taken place, without it is affecting the comfort level on the site.
For example a lot of the cabins are heated with energy effective solar heating systems with vacuum gas pipes. For each cabin heated in this way the environment is saved for 3 metric tons carbon dioxide a year.
The solar heating system used to heat the outdoor water complex saves the environment for 85 metric tons carbon dioxide a year when also taking care of, that the water temperature lies between and 28 and 35 degrees Celsius in the summer time. As the only camping site in Denmark each space has its own electrical connector, water supply and drainage. The camping site is open all year round.

Hvidbjerg Strand Feriepark is a 5-star camping site and has been awarded the ADAC Super Site as is it recommended by ANWB. Hvidbjerg Strand Feriepark is pure milk and honey land for campers. Only 1 km south of Hvide Sande harbour is a cosy family camping site. Hvide Sande Camping - Beltana has good sanitary conditions with bath room, nursing room and a toilet for disabled persons. Furthermore, you find a laundry, kitchen and sitting room. Most of the site’s 16 cabins are situated on a dune with a wonderful view of the Ringkøbing fjord.
The cabins are for 4, 5 or 6 persons. In front of the camping site is a bouncing cushion, 2 playgrounds and a street basket field. The grocery store at the site has all you need for camping-housekeeping.
